Customizing a plush toy is a process filled with creativity and fun! With just 13 steps, your design can come to life.
Step 1: Send us your design file.
Step 2: Our customer service will provide you with a one-on-one price quote and a detailed cost breakdown.
Step 3: If you’re satisfied with the quote, we’ll sign a formal contract (a non-disclosure agreement is also available upon request).
Step 4: To help us accurately capture your design, please provide a three-view drawing (in PDF or AI format) to showcase each detail perfectly.
Step 5: We’ll present a selection of fabrics for you to choose from, ensuring the material matches your vision.
Step 6: The first sample will be completed within 3-5 days.
Step 7: You may suggest modifications based on the initial sample, and our designers will make precise adjustments based on your feedback.
Step 8: Following your suggestions, we’ll finalize the sample’s shape, add embroidery, and printing, with the first complete sample ready within 7-10 days.
Step 9: Based on your feedback, we’ll further refine the complete sample.
Step 10: We’ll finish the revised sample with final embroidery and printing, completing the second sample in 7-10 days.
Step 11: Our customer service will send you pictures and videos of the sample from various angles for your review.
Step 12: Once the second sample is approved, we’ll arrange for sample duplication and send it to you by courier within 5-7 days.
Step 13: After approving the sample, you can decide whether to proceed with mass production.
